Guar gum is a natural stabilizer/thickener that helps to create a consistently smooth texture and facilitate digestion. Unlike Xanthan Gum, which is a corn product, Guar gum is allergen free.

Each packet/scoop of Perfect Fit Protein is one serving. Each serving has a net weight of 20g and contains 15g of protein. Remember, 10-15% of your diet should consist of protein.
